Bought a wardrobe on Kleinanzeigen or a couch two towns over? We pick it up, haul it, and carry it up the stairs – including the narrow German staircase.
Broom-clean or full deep clean for your final walk-through. German landlords are picky about this – we know exactly what they look for.
Anything that is not making the move with you: bulk trash, old furniture, a full cellar. Disposed of properly through licensed German facilities, with paperwork if you need it.
Gap between move-out and move-in? We store your furniture safely until your new place is ready – terms and price in writing before you commit.
As an eligible member of the US forces under NATO SOFA you can purchase services like moving tax-free with VAT forms from your VAT Office – and we accept them. Your invoice is then issued without the 19% German VAT. Only two things really matter: the net amount of your order, and the timing of the form.
For orders up to €2,499.99 net, the standard NF1 form is all you need. You pick up a valid NF1 at your VAT Office and hand it to us – done. One rule we can't bend: the form has to be in our hands before we confirm your order. It doesn't work retroactively.
From €2,500 net, the VAT Office issues an NF2 instead – and only on the basis of a written cost estimate before any contract is signed. That's exactly what our free quote is: get it by email, take it to your VAT Office, come back with the NF2, and we confirm your move.

No. One move is one order, and splitting it across several NF1 forms is not allowed under the VAT program rules. If your move lands at €2,500 net or above, the NF2 route works like this: written quote first, VAT Office second, confirmation third. We walk you through it.
No. Your official PCS household goods shipment runs through your transportation office and its contracted carriers – we do not touch that. What we handle is everything outside that shipment: moving off-post, local and Germany-wide moves of things you own here, furniture pickups, junk removal, storage, and move-out cleaning.
Yes. Broom-clean or a full deep clean – floors, bathroom, kitchen – depending on what your landlord or the housing office expects at the final walk-through. The cleaning shows up as its own line item in your quote, so you know the cost before you book.
The written quote lands in your inbox within minutes of finishing the calculator – free, with no obligation. Moves start at €1,190 gross including 19% German VAT; with a valid VAT form we invoice without the VAT. The quoted price is a fixed price: we confirm it at the free walk-through, and it only changes if the real apartment does not match what you entered – in both directions.
